Some Help Please on an Enfield #4 MK 1

I've looked through every source I could find to determine which armory made this rifle. It's a 1943 manufacture, stamped Englandicon on the right receiver area, with a serial number of BB 15408. It shows the model #4 MK 1 (F) FTR on the left of the receiver area. Any help is appreciated, I'm currently awaiting a new cocking part from my local gun shop to get it up and running. It was given to my wife by her father many years ago when her first husband was alive, he was to find the part for it, but their budget didn't allow such a luxury.

BB15408 would be a Maltby serial number but.........

the No.4 Mk 1 (F) FTR says the rifle was given a Factory Thorough Repair (FTR) at Fazakerley (F)
