Help with barrel ID

Helping a friend sell some items, can anyone help me identify this barrel?
It measures .694 OD at the chamber and .794 OD on the threads. It is a
CR Hart Barrel, 1.040 tapering to .840 in stainless. 28 inches chamber to muzzle,drilled and tapped for sight blocks. perhaps off of one of his Win. 52's? Can anyone confirm this?
It appears to be used but not much. What would a good asking price be?
