M1903s , M1917s , M1941s all use the springfield '03 stripper clip. Not hard to find at all , Sarco , GunParts, most surplus types will have some. Chris

Sarco ships internationally. You might try them. It would depend on the laws , you know. Chris

GPC will ship internationally too, I think they are up to a buck fifty per now though.
