    LEC Carbine

Picked up a very nice 1898 LEC Carbine the other day which apparently was used by the RCMP for bayonet training for members going overseas in WW1. The previous owner has a book showing that the gun was owned by the RCMP so a very nice find. It had a very weak firing pin spring apparently from being cocked since the "good lord" was a carpenter and I sent a pm to someone on this site and thanks to him a replacement is in the mail.

Thanks to the donor...very much appreciated.

I am sure you can all figure out who the donor was.

Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?
