OK, this has something to do with the Winchester Educational Order. I'm not sure if bullet guides were part of the Educational Order so possibly the bullet guide was not manufactured by Winchester at all? Anyway, I'm sticking with first Educational Order production. Stu

Stu hit the nail on the head although Gunny had the hand stamp correct. The first WRA bullet guides were marked B8875 without a space after the B or a - like Springfield's early ones had and they hand stamped WRA until they had the set up made. The key is that B8875 is dead center and then the letters clearly added later and hand stamped. The first Winchester made [100001] does not have the WRA on it. Rick B
