Bringing back an enfield from Canda or Australia

What are the odds if I were to go to Canadaicon or Australiaicon I could bring back a Lithgow or an AIA? Is there a way to get them into the USAicon? (Legally of course)

Do not think you as an individual could do it. Fire arms have to be imported through a dealer with an import license. With all the hoops one has to jump through, few are willing to do it for a single rifle. BDLicon will do it, but be prepared for a hefty expense charge.

You don't say where you want to bring the rifle too Efdnut. If it's back to Englandicon, then it's easy.

I have imported three so far, albeit one by default! But they all came through unscathed. You can let the fear of it bog you down but generally speaking, personal imports are pretty simple. In the UK, believe it or not, it's more difficult to import a car.

    Go for it.............
