Looks like a German burlap bag.

I saw it but have not downloaded an image of it yet

It looks like a large burlap bag with a quite clear Germanicon spread eagle on it.
Under that are H.Ypfl 1941. Any suggestions?

The burlap bag turned out to be a prop from Saving Private Ryan. No wonder I could not figure out the Ordance number! Went for $75.00!!!

In 2007 while visiting my friend in Krakow Poland I was wandering the streets around Market Square and found a shop with many burlap sacks with the Germanicon eagle on them. They were all new and obvious fakes but would have been a great keepsake. The shop was closed and I never found it again, guess I had wandered too much that day and not taken careful notice of exactly where I was.
Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

I did not want to pull the trigger on the bag as I was not completely sure about it. and I am glad I did not. Even if it was a prop for SPR. Somebody would consider it a real one if they did not know about ordance numbers. I guess it would have been designed for a coal bag or sand bag.
