    Because it is a 225 round belt it, looks like a Browning 1919 belt that was made by Israel military for the 7.62x51 conversion that they made to the Brownings.

    Vickers originally had the brass projections for guiding the belt. They went to a thicker cotton web completely unlike the one shown. I agree this one is for the 1919 Browning.
