Went Shooting This Week!

Took the wife out shooting to an outdoor range. For fun, I packed my US Army Remington Rand 1911 a1 with a 1944 build date.

The pistol is not as accurate as my Springfield 1911 45 or my Rock Island 1911 38 super, but just the feeling of shooting something that possibly was used in a WW II battle is a unique feeling!

And, on top of that, the range is across the road from the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant!
