M1 Garand Type 1 Trigger Guard

I am back with another Type 1 Trigger Guard question. I have two Type 1 Trigger Guards.
    1. has a Drawing Stamp on the underside of the guard by the safety hole, C-46025-1 and the stud on the inside is inserted in a hole and then stamped. The stud rotates within the hole.
    2. has a R stamped on the inside of the trigger guard well and the stud on the inside is machined or milled with the trigger guard.
Can anyone give any information on these Type 1 Trigger Guard? Who made them, why is the drawing number stamped on one, what years they were produced and assembled on the My Garandicon???

Kaydee, you might want to post the image itself as the link you provided requires a log on or make the album public.

    Bill,
I wish I could figure out how to insert or upload an image into the posting. When I click on Insert Image it wants a http address. I don't have a http address only the images on my hard drive.
If you can help me that would be great. I would also like to be able to edit a post so that I can correct an error like a link
