    Old American Entrenching Tool

    Hey everyone, I found this E-tool in my neighbor's yard and asked if I could have it and now it's mine. I looked for any stampings on it and I found some that say---U.S. AMES 1967.

    My questions are;

    Is this a military E-tool?

    How much is it worth in it's current condition?

    Thank you all!

    No offense intended but you couldn't give it to me. It's pretty much trashed, throw in your trunk in case you get stuck someday...

    I bought two of then for $15 twenty years ago and they were about new. This one isn't. But it IS an E tool...which is what you also asked.
    Regards, Jim
