lyman alaskan scope work for yellow/fog views

I have a lyman Alaskan scope with post only that has slight foggy yellowing hue to optic view. I need a real crackerjack that can clear up the picture without any changes to the post reticle. The darn thing shoots 1/2" groups, but if lenses where returned to crystal clear clarity I could bet it would shoot ragged hole group..... anybody have such abilities???.......sonny

They're not that bad to do yourself, if you're extremely careful. Mine had a lot of the finish missing, so I reblued it while I had it apart.
