Question Can anyone identify this coat?

I've been on a long adventure to identify this coat of possible military origin. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_WnKhra7YLk...Y/s1600/14.jpg Could anyone identify this? The classification of this coat, a simple name for what style it is would be enough, though even better would be the exact model of this. I'd be infinitely grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Possibilities: It's just a parka. It could also be part of a chemical suit. Eastern bloc based on the newspaper and the weapon. Not Germanicon

The dark stripe along the sleeve leads me to the conclusion that that seams are sealed, and in all likelihood rubberized, which leads me to believe it is probably a Chemical warfare parka/cape.

But again, that is a conclusion and hence a guess.

I'm quite certain it's my old enemy, the Warsaw Pact and he's in max protection chemical protective suit. It all came as a cape and it rolled onto the body kind of opposite to peeling an orange. It's all grey and a rubberized affair like the US or later CDN poncho or the later US rainsuit...follow? Liquid impervious. Also a pig to wear in any heat.
    Regards, Jim

I would have to agree with Browning Auto. Warsaw Pact MOPP suit.

It's definitely a Sovieticon NBC parka. Most likely an OP-1 or OZK. They can be had from most of the usual surplus outlets
