    Stabdard Modell

I just picked up two Standard Modell parts rifles. Not certain about years of production, I know 1930's but not certain if 1933 or 1934. Anybody can shed some light on this?

    Standard Modell

Not a whole lot of data. Serial number is B63947. The other rifle is still in the garage soaking. Very nice MAUSER oval on top of front ring, but the receiver has lots of pitting under the wood line. No bolt and no stock. Out of China, for certain, but I have a pair of nice Kar98kicon barrels waiting in the wings.

I just took a quick look at the other Standard Modell I have. It is serial number B47217. Again no wood, no bolt. This is a Chinese import from around 1990/91. They came in with the huge import of bolt guns that all came from China.
