My attempt to fill the big shoes and take up a little slack . From my small collection.
Another fill in photo. Dated 6/6/1944. This one touches me wondering how many survived.

With just under a year to go (8/5/45 VE) and many murderous battles to come in Europe one wonders how many of these brave chaps saw the end of WWII and if they did I have often thought were they still smiling..........
