The No. 1 was introduced in December of 1902. The No. 1 Mk I in July of 1903. (Long Lees converted to Short Lees were the Mk II. Also done in 1903.)
However, your's is a Mk I***. That's a Mk I that got all the upgrades done to it that made the Mk III. Done in 1914.
It should have more than just SHTLE 1*** stamped on it though. Should have the arsenal where it was made too.

Thank you very much my friend. Reason I was asking what model is, I am attempting to buy a receiver/peep hole sight for rifle but didn't know which one would be suitable for my rifle

Hi. Any SMLE sight will do. William's Gun sights makes one that fits any Lee-Enfield. Isn't stupid expensive either. Do not do it if the rifle is still in military configuration though. A peep rear sight on one of 'em requires drilling and tapping and that will drop the value by half.
