PPsh41 proof stamp of some sort...

Evening all,

Does anyone recognise this proof stamp, it's on the left hand side of a Bulgarian 1951 dated PPsh41 by the mag well?

I've seen the same mark, in approximately the same area on a VZ58.

It's a circle with a D in a shield with 6/03, a date I would guess??

The stamps been double hit, heance the ghost....

That's the only proof stamp I can find mate. I wonder if its a military ownership stamp of some sort?
