If that infantryman really is drawing a bead on a sniper, then in that position he's a sitting or kneeling duck.
And he ain't aiming, he's pointing.

yes exactly clearly posed but the are practicing a skill which apparently taught much like the original picture - at this point I expect we all realize to take the captions with a grain of salt.
