No4 with round bolt knob. Is this typical?

I found this bolt in my spares with a completely round knob.
I’ve only noticed either hollow bolt knobs or solid ones with a flat bottom on No.4’s.

Just curious if this is typical?

The MK2 has a round (spherical) Bolt knob.

As well as Mk.2 rifles you'll see it on bolts replaced in post-war refurbishments as well as bolts made in Belgium post-WWII.
