    So, I guess these are the duck hunter suits that lasted about 30 days in June '44? Wonder if it's trials, there's a couple different patterns.

    At first I thought I was looking at Duck Hunter on the left and Beo Gam on the right but the uniform on the right has none of the Beo Gam elements: the 'C' Monster and the T Rex so I did a little digging and I think we're seeing the reversible USMC 1942 Pattern camoflage utilities which look quite different when the Tan prominent side is out as opposed to the Green prominent side. I've never seen anything like the pattern the other soldiers are wearing though.

    That's why I was wondering if this would be trials time. I remember when we trialed some cammies back in the end '70s and they never did get adopted. This is what that sort of thing looks like... If I remember correctly, Ft Benning was a place for trials and eval.
