Gloria specifically requested that the option to EDIT posts be turned OFF for the new CSP
Forums, whereas it's available in all of the rest of the Milsurp site forums. I gather she had some really bad experiences and other issues when it was ON in their old forums, with people going back in time changing the context of posts, which created chaos and bad feelings.
I believe it's appropriate to at least have the EDIT capability active for a short period of time, so posters can go back and make spelling, grammar, or other corrections.
So, I've asked her to reconsider the decision and will advise if she changes her mind ....
Please make sure other CSP members understand this design choice made by Gloria, which is specific to the CSP Forums only.
Thanks .....

Im happy to hear that this really is an extension of CSP
and that we still have our leaders. I hope that posters can be identified and silenced when the feuding(childish flaming) and political rants get started. Thanks to the Culvers for again giving us bustout Garandaholics a place to gather.

If you have pics on your hard drive (My Pictures, for example), hit GO ADVANCED. Type your reply, then drop down and click on MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. Click on the first BROWSE. That will bring up your own desktop. Go to the picture, just as if you want to look at it. Highlight the file name, then click on UPLOAD. If that is your last/only picture, click on CLOSE THIS WINDOW in the upper right; if you want to insert more pictures, go back and click on the next BROWSE and repeat.
If you use Photobucket, there is a special section for that. If you know the URL of the picture you want to incorporate, you can use the "IMAGE" icon (the picture of mountains) in the QUICK REPLY or the ADVANCED screen. Make sure you don't have double "http://" in your URL.

Hello everyone, looks like I made the transfer with all body parts still in place. Now to look around to see what is available.
I never made but a couple of posts on the old forum, but did read as often as I could. I did learn plenty from the posters. Ummm, now to work on my grammer......
