    My Johnson M-1941 Rifle

This is my Johnson M-1941 Rifle.

I've had it since 2004. I bought it from a Sydney gun shop and paid AU$1200 for it.

Bob Lamoreaux has confirmed that numbers on the various parts of this rifle match the entry for this rifle in the Johnson Automatics Mfg. Co. Production Log. i.e that this rifle is in original condition with the exact parts it actually left the factory with.

I suspect that this rifle was not Winfield Arms corp. rifle and has not left Australiaicon since the war. Hence the numbers match the production log.

The receiver was received from Cranston Arms 10/20/1941 and it was assembled and transferred to the Netherlands Purchasing Commission on that same date.
