Hi all, the photo is of a 1917 SSA no.1 mk 3, does anyone have any suggestions as to why the front sight post leans to one side, this rifle is not in my posession yet,so I dont know what effect this has on accuracy. I've been told that the barrel (replaced in 1939) may have been over tightened, If this was so,wouldn't it lean the other direction?
