Here in Canadawe are hearing of shortages in some areas however nothing serious as of yet. I expect there will be problems with the most popular cal's in the near future as we are dependant on supply from the US and it isn't going to happen.
I have been fortunate to have the means to buy when the price was right. Have a fairly pentiful supply of most cal's and have been buying a fair amount in the last couple of months. Many up here are saying there will be no shortage but that is wishful thinking at best especially in high population areas.
The shop I buy from has a owner that is wise and always willing to purchase anything if he can get a decent price. Was told by a friend who works there occasionally that he got a order of 300,000 CCI .22 about a week ago. I have seen prices up about a dollar on a brick of 500/525 .22LR but no gouging so far.
I do know most of my frineds have abundant supplies of most cal's (you can never have too much IMO) so not too concerned but we all agree with what is happening in the US Canada is probably going to be "sucking wind" when it comes to supply in the near future.
