Guys I've taken the detailed photos that TerryLee posted up. I've converted them into some autoCAD drawings and inturn printed out them as a PDF for anybody who wishes to use them.
Just a couple of points.
*it's on an A3 sheet at a 1:1 scale, so make sure your printer doesn't scale them at all.
*the plan is to use the edge of the A3 sheet of paper as one of the cut edges, but you obviously cant print right out to the edge.
*I kept them on A3 to make it easier for most people to print without the need for a large format plotter.
*there is a 2.5mm gap between adjoining inserts, it appears to be like a brass spacer to eliminate rubbing...so you'd need some metal spacers or adjust to do without them.
*Also, it appears that TerryLee's insert (without the bayonet holes), the middle piece has been photographed upside down. But because the two main inserts sit equidistant from either side of the box, I've just inverted my master drawing for use in the second position.
*your going to need to find something like felt or a padding to line the cut outs.
*I've not made up a set yet, but intend to on Friday
*Some hand fitting in width or height may be required, depending on your transit chest.
Hope they are of some use.
Cheers
Daniel
