    My first M1 Carbine - Value?

    Just purchased my first M1 Carbine from private party for $850. I'm not familiar with M1 Carbine markings and sources for their identification but I'll do my best. Here's some details so far:

    Winchester receiver ser # 5.6
    Winchester barrel,no rust/pitts (30.06 cartridge muzzle test 3/16"+ bullet visible above casing rim )
    Winchester front site (mounted backwards)
    U.S.iconCarbine Cal. 30 M1 on top of receiver at barrel chamber
    "S'G'" Trigger group frame
    "W" Hammer
    "B" bottom of pan forward end of operating slide w/ ser #
    Cartouch inside pan forward operating slide?
    Half moon cut at back of deflector, operating slide handle
    Bursting Bomb cartouche above right side of gas cylinder
    "AMCO" Barrel band/Bayonet mount
    "M" on mag release
    Lever safety (Lever switch on the right side)
    "H" in shield on rear site
    "A.T." Left Bolt Lug
    "S W" Recoil plate
    Non USGI custom walnut Stock an Hand Guard

    Seller threw in additional goodies including:

    10 magazines (Plugged 10 rd capacity)
    - 4 Type III and IV magazines, with type V base plates
    -- 2 unmarked
    -- 1 marked "Made in U.S.A." top rear
    -- 1 beauty marked S E Y upside down lower rear
    -- 6 Type 1 and type II
    -- 2 marked "A.I." 1 type II and 1 type V base plate
    -- 2 marked "U" no serifs 1 type III and 1 type V base plate
    -- 1 marked "RUGG" no serifs type II base plate
    -- 1 marked "K-SG" upside down (Cammo Parked) type II Base plate blued
    M1 Carbine Sling (No markings)
    USGI Two compartment Mag Pouch (Tweedie Footwear Corporation 12-20-50)
    1,000 rounds of 110GR metal case .30 Carbine ammo
