Hi everyone,

I've had these 2 scopes in my collection for some years. I'm just wondering as to the value of them both.

1st up is a Germanicon ZF39:

As can be seen, there is a small crack internally on the objective lens, but this cant be seen when you look through it. The scope is clear at range and the range drum moves freely.

Next up is a Japaneseicon Type 99 2.5x Scope:

Again, as can be seen, someone in it's past life had decided to take a cutter to the mount which is a shame. The original eye cup is still there but rather ragged, and the internals could do with a good clean, but it still focuses onto objects and the graduated graticule is still there.

Both scopes have had light cleanings since these photos were taken, but the Type 99 scope I had to blue to keep the rust from forming on it since it had been painted enamel black over the original finish which was mostly gone.

Thanks,

Paul.
