This item is out of my area of knowledge...it is listed on ebay. The pics aren't the greatest, so I've posted some others below. I was told to bring it over here for your evaluation. I've received several "expert" opinions, some say it's a fake other have said it's real, some feel it's been modified and others not.
Here are some pics, most focus on the smaller ring...I can post other specific pics if so desired. Thanks for your input in advance...
