First off: This is not a sale ad. I'm only "considering" selling one of my carbines to finance another gun purchase. I have one that's a bit out of the ordinary and have no idea what to ask for it, so I'm soliciting advice. It's a 6.6 mil Inland, hand stamped M1icon, from factory with type 3 KI band and PI adjustable sight. Unmarked push safety. 12/44 barrel. All parts are correct per War Baby. Condition is what sets it apart, it's factory fresh, unissued condition, never sanded or fooled with. Only blemish is a fingernail-size brown stain at the top of the buttplate, no pitting. My guess is from sitting in a closet on carpet. I would bet its never been fired, or very little, but obviously can't prove that. Got it at an estate sale. Auctioneer said it belonged to a retired Army officer and was presented to him at retirement. It is not a "presentation" carbine, just a late model. Any ideas on price?

Please do not reply with offers to buy. If I decide to do that I will put it in the sale ads.
