Hi
I just got a Mauser model 1871 . The bolt is missing the bolt stop nut & washer. Would any one know what the threads are on the original screw . Would like to get a tap ??? to chase the threads . I think some one played with another type screw & damaged the threads on the bolt. Parts are impossible to find for the 71. Will try to get a Machinist to make a nut & screw. Thanks for any help
