Nice find 1915 Amberg Gewehr 98

Last week, I was in my favorite local antique gunshop and saw this 1915 Amberg Gewehr 98 in seemingly in somewhat original condition. Mostly matching serials. I think I got a great deal on it. Shoots, feeds, cycles well, no import marks, barrel in very good condition. It does have a few issues:

    - mismatched serial numbers on the firing pin and the sear
    - missing cleaning rod

    A couple questions:
    1. Does the blued receiver/bolt hurt the value? I am assuming this was done during an arsenal refresh at 4F Koln Depot?
    2. Any tricks to getting a stubborn floorplate open?
    3. Any thoughts on a value?

    Thanks!
