The "bando" components could probably be re-sold for $100-$150 or more if all the buyer wanted was the cartridges

I'll have to remember that when I'm done shooting. Been buying from CMP once each year when it shows up on the estore. They send you a full bandoleer, with clips and spoons, one per customer. I slowed down my 30 carbine shooting during the pandemic, and haven't started shooting my surplus yet - still working through my supply of PPU.
