There is the possibility that I will have an opportunity to do a swap and get a Glock pistol. The neat thing is I'll likely get to pick the caliber. All three are standard size pistols in excellent to new condition. This will not be a target pistol. I don't know about the 9mm. I've had 1911 type pistols in .45 ACP and I've shot a Sig in .40 S&W. Since it's for protection, I'm leaning toward going for the .40 S&W. My brother was a deputy sheriff, but I can't ask him since he is deceased. Suggestions would be appreciated. Sincerely. BruceV.
