The Lyman Centennial Journal 1878-1978 covers all Lyman sights, on page 82 they state the No 25 sight is for the Lee straight pull rifle. The hinged top or arm. on which was mounted the aparture, would rise and fall as the action was opened and closed. From the 1902 catalogInformation
