    Charlie,

I just spent the better part of an hour writing just the tip of the iceberg of what I've been through over the past 6 weeks and it all 'locked up' and I couldn't save it!

Not our system fault. I'm still in the hospital and I'm hacked into their wireless. It drops me completely at times. The 'public visitor' wireless here won't let me into out 'evil gun site' - (For what ever reason, it's blocked)

Maybe, I'll write another book about the incompetence and horror when I get home and can say.

The are working on the original reason why I came in here now.

They took me off of all food entirely yesterday and I'm being fed intravenously while they take the weekend off and see if my organs recover from some of what they have been putting them through over the past three weeks.

Should know if it's doing any good on Monday or Tuesday.
(Pancreas is really unhappy, and pain is incredible)

(If anyone wants to slip me a Whataburger, you're more than welcome)

Ed, all the pretty nurses are in Ft Worth Baylor hospitals. The best looking nurses in Irving Baylor look like Mitzi!

    Seriously,

I've never been through so much pain and misery in my life, and I haven't written anything because I didn't want to bring y'all down with me.
    I'll be OK.

One hand doesn't know what the other is doing and it's my life in the middle.
I've been through three surgeries and only one was needed immediately.

I can get on-line to our site some, but get kicked off often.
I'm still reading when I can get on and feel up to it.

Best to everyone and thanks for thinking about me.

    ~ Harlan

    Harlan,

Take care. Sometimes I think witch doctors are as good as "real" doctors! I had a shoulder rebuild a year and a half ago, it was botched, fell apart last July and had to be re-done. They didn't get around to it until last November. The second time was 4 days in hospital and almost a month bedridden in a brace. I HATE being in hospitals or laid , so you have my prayers and support. Maybe if you lay there clutching that M1A1icon they would straighten up! we'll see what we can do aout sending you some pretty nurses!

Hey, maybe that is the secret to getting well!!!!???

Charlie, you still got that lucky barrelled receiver you used? Maybe that is Harlan needs to get well - cuddle up with a carbine!!!

Yep, knew this new Obamacare would not work... instead of what the liberals passed, they need to issue Barreled Receivers for all sick people!!!!

Harlan, if you wake up with a short, chubby, glasses wearing bald guy in your room, don't be alarmed. It will just be me dropping off a whataburger... but be careful, I might stick a few carbine rounds in the bottom of the paper bag just to stave off gun withdrawal symptoms...

Seriously, try typing out what you want to post in word or wordpad. Then cut in paste into the forum when you hack back in. It will take alot less time to post a message.

Get well, my friend. Remember, we are doing a range when you get up and around and the ammo is still on me!
