Hello, I am Spc Steve Watson. I am not new to collecting surplus weapons but at the present time I do not own any. I am hoping to start up again in the next few months. I have always enjoyed the Garand
, 03A3 and Krag. I shall draw on you experts out there for some good info. I am a big collector of WWII items mostly from the Pacific theater.

Hello
Hi, I'm a retired police officer (66) from the deep, deep south. I have always been interested in long guns (military) of all nations. I kind of got away from it for a few years but I have four Grandsons who are always asking questions and they rekindled my interest. I won't go into exactly what I have at this time except to say that it is extensive. I once held a FFl but was badgered by so many folks who wanted me to purchase weapons for them that I turned it in. I am now applying for a C&R just for my collection. I am married to a rich woman so even though she's getting old, I'm going to keep her. I was an active hunter, fisherman but a sudden illness a few years ago has left me slightly mobility impaired but I decided to make a few hunts with my son, son-in-law and grandsons this year even if they have to drag me. Well that's about it. Between the military and the police department I was in uniform from 19 to 58 and I loved every minute of it.

Hi. I am a member of a Military Rifle Club here in Australia
. My favourite rifle is the US model Eddystone M1917 designed originally by Enfield. What a great rifle!
This is a good site to exchange information and buy parts. Any other M17 fans out there?

Hi all, I'm in the UK
and have been shooting (field and competition) since the age of ten - I'm now 50. I own a K98
sniper in 8x57 which I use in classic competitions over here at Bisley. I'm looking to get a good representative M1903 again to use in classic comps also. My friend has recently purchased the M1903 that was discussed on your forums here back in April I think - I have a number of photos of it if there's any interest. I'm looking to learn as much as I can from this most informed of forums - many thanks in advance. Regards to all.
