How do we know its belgium?

Would seem americans attached to AIF (not british or empire) units in their "training phase" would be equipped with enfields

Notice the Lewis before they were taken away,and they inflicted the chouchat on the AEF.

The first photo - the Kraut red cross fellow - that's Mark Wahlberg, no? Yet the Yankee is definitely the young Lee Van Cleef. Jeez, I'm really confused now...

Im sure the AIF kept that lewis
