Recommend Screwdrivers
I'm sure not all gunsmith screwdrivers are equal. Can someone recommend those that are quality? THANKS

I have had a set of these for a number of years and have found them to be excellent. A good gunsmith screwdriver must be hollow ground so that the part of the blade that fits in the screw slot is parallel at that point and not wedge shaped like average utility screwdriver. The set has different thickness blades, so don't use the thin blade in a wide screw slot as they can be broken that way.

I have a set of Grace gunsmithing screwdrivers. They are made as Johnny Peppers describes. I recommend them or a set like them. What I don't recommend is a set with a handle & 20 interchangeable tips. Changing the tips drives me crazy. I'd rather have individual screwdrivers even if they take up more room.

A good screwdriver set
I have been using the Chapman set of screwdrivers with a ratchet handle for close to 30 years and I think they are great. I also use the "large" set of screwdrivers/tools from Wheeler Engineering.
