I wouldn't make too much of the 9 being a little off. It seems to be common with numbers that are stamped — no reason to think it was added.

I'm intrigued and a bit envious that you can own something like that in Germanyicon, even with the automatic capability removed. I can see that the sear notch on the hammer has been removed and the top of the sear is gone, even though there is still a pin in the sear hole. Could you pehaps give us a look inside the lower receiver?
