Order your ammo from CMP and there will be no problems.

+1 CMP.
Their per round cost is the lowest and they sell ammo specifically made for the Garand. Commercial ammo requires you to have, and know how to use, an adjustable gas plug in your Garand, or you could cause damage to your rifle.
