Smile Would like to introduce myself

I am a C & R holder and have interests in all U.S WW11 military small arms of which I have approximately seven in my possession . I had been an avid fan of Culvers Shooting Pages . I am always interested in others points of view and most often read posts more than post myself as I feel this is the way to attain knowledge of the subjects I am most interested in ; Although I will post if I feel I can be of help or have any tips or experiences that may be of help .

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I am new to this forum

Hello! I have come from the CSPicon Forum. I am Jason from Florida. My main interest is the M1903 Springfield rifle. I now have 5 in my collection. I wanted to just get a few accessories to go with the rifle and that has grown into a huge collection of other arms, web gear, personal gear, uniforms and equipment! I have been trying to concentrate on US Army items Pre-WWII or pre- Pearl Harbor. I've got some neat things, even if they overlap into early WWII. My how the prices of such things have risen!

I hope to learn more about the M1903 Springfield while I am here and maybe acquire some other items for my collection. I look forward to chatting with you all.

Howdy everyone. I'm a refugee from Culvericon Shooting Page. Started collecting Springfields in 2000. Reload, shoot centerfire and clays, and pretty much live to shoot. Looking forward to this new site

Retired high school teacher, and US Army Vet . Someone ask why I collect military firearms? My reply, Because I am to poor to collect tanks, battleships and airplanes.
