standard Weaver bases, not very pretty, but they work...bolt wins the ugly bolt handle contest for sure.
burris Z rings are your best bet, Leupold base may fit. may not lol

Leupold base won't work with current hole spacing on front reciever ring. The rear hole on the front ring is drilled into the locking lug. Leupold base puts the rear hole in front ring ahead of locking lug, with the foward screw hole nearer the front edge. New Weaver bases are still available. Your current bases won't work with new rings unless you file the recoil slot square instead of it having the current rounded slots.

Update.
The base shown in pictures was not weaver. As said.
I ordered this base after doing some measurements and it fit without issue.. (reused old screws with new base)

so you used the 6-48 screws with holes drilled for 8-40? hope they work for you.

By putting small screws into big holes , would not the recoil of firing cause the bases to batter said screws till they broke ?
