Hello all, another refugee from Joustericon.com where I was a long time reader, but never posted. I learned alot there about Trapdoors, M1icon Carbines, and M1 Garands. I look forward to learning more about them here.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Finally...

Hadn't checked in on CSPicon for some time, so this is quite a switch. Glad to see we have a new home. Thanks to Dick and Gloria, and Milsurps.com for keeping CSP alive.

I am trying to find out the difference in the measurement for a front sighte for a 1903 Springfield A3 Marine front sight and a 2903 Springfield A3 non marine issue front sight. I know that the sight cover is higher and would like to know the regulation height for the sight itself. Can anyone help?

    Hello all.....
I've been collecting Military rifles for many years.
After collecting as much of the modern stuff as I want, I'm now into collecting "The Greatest Battle implement ever invented" the M1icon Garand
