Picture isn't that clear to me but, if there are crossed out numbers then the floor plate has been force matched to the rifle.
More pictures will help to ID if its R/C or not...

There are Numbers underneath those Marks, the Swastika underneath the Eagles have been ground of and what looked to be an SS Rune has been partially ground off!

Was hoping for more pictures of the stock and markings but it sounds like an R/C to me. force matching is par for the course. SS runes? doubt it,even if they where it does nothing for collector value.

The mark over the chamber looks like a partially struck Iraqi property mark to me. I'm guessing a post-war czech or east-german refurb of a K98k
for the Iraqi market.
Here is a complete on (pic stolen off the net)
Союз нерушимый республик свободных Сплотила навеки Великая Русь. Да здравствует созданный волей народов Единый, могучий Советский Союз!

It's kind of hard to tell but that sure looks like a large X over the 7 in the serial number on the barrel. I'm not up on where the RC rifles were stamped other then it being an X.

To complicate matters, it looks like Claven's picture also has an X over the 8/4. The mark doesn't look ground to me looks more like a Cyrillic letter?
