GCA Journal
The Summer Journal is at the printer, should be mailing later this week. It's a good issue that has two My Favorite Garand
articles, both of which have something to teach us. Although the rebuilt mixmaster is not rare, note the reason it was shooting badly, it's very instructive. The other article features two 1960 NMs, and I included an Editor'sNote with some interesting survival data. It is important to understand that it isn't the number made each year, it's the number sold by the DCM -- they are the only survivors.

Have to say thank you to the GCA
and there staff. I made a housing move back in Feb. and was so busy over the past few months, getting the new place in order and with some medical issues of my wifes, I totally lost track of my GCA Journal. It wasn't until things settled down that I realized I had not received my Spring edition. I called the GCA and spoke with Carl. Within 3 days I had the Spring Edition. Service such as this is a rare thing today. Thank you Carl.
