22 enfield
Hello everyone, I picked up a very clean(too clean) 22 today. I knew it could not be a genuine military trainer,it was too nice and too cheap.I guess you know it followed me home, I found a small mark with the glass that says JOCO followed by NYNY. Can anyone shed some light on this maker and tell me a ballpark value, thanks for any help!

Thanks Mr. E, now I am more confused this gun is T195x all over, the bolt ,the barrel, bayo lug ,and receiver. Did he sell guns he made or import guns that were surplus?

they imported complete rifles and sold them
they imported incomplete rifles and completed them and sold them
they imported piles of parts and created rifles from these piles and sold them
so you could have a factory original in all aspects or you could have a rifle that had some assembly performed by JJ or you could have a rifle that was completely built by JJ.
pictures would really help to determine what you actually have

I assume the action is stamped Lithgow
? If it is, it is a rifle assembled from parts by JJCO. The parts are genuine, it's just not a genuine Lithgow conversion. Serial numbers on rifles manufactured in Lithgow only went as high as an "F" prefix.
Photos of course will help.
