    Maybe a Britishicon H.R.C. Medal? Whatever that is?

    @scoobsean: Can't you just read what's on the other side of the medal?

    It looks like it was a generic prize design that would have been available from a sports trophy supplier and used for a variety of civilian shooting tournaments.

    Don't think so. If you look at the back of the medal you can see the Royal Air Force motto "Per Ardua Ad Astra" and emblem. This HRC medal is military not civilian.
