Hello Everyone,
My name is Fred and I am from Hinton, Alberta (near Jasper).
I am posting because I have received a .303 cal from Ontario that used to belong to my dad; who passed away many years ago.
I have questions, that maybe someone can answer.
I would like to know any history about this rifle.
It is an E.A.L. and looks more like a sporting rifle than military.
The rifle is in great condition, with one problem, the bolt is missing.
I would like to get it replaced to make it functional, but do not know where to start?
Any help would be appreciated.... Fred.

Introduction
I am new to this forum having previously been a denizen of Culver
's forum. I have a modest collection of WWII rifles and similar. My firearms training background is that many years ago, I was a member of the Canadian
Militia (3rd battalion, Queens Own Rifles) and have always been interested in military history and firearms. I am also a semi-retired federal Public Servant
