Love how you put your waffle mag in it to show off...yes, they're not very common in any shape let alone mint.

Can someone tell me what was the intended purpose of these bags and the reason for printing a message in Vietnamese on them?

Meant to keep mags clean and dry. The message would be received when the enemy found them.

Basically litter = propaganda then?
Makes sense if that is the case, who knows what actual effect it would have, PsyOps guys can be funny with their schemes.

Certainly, different war, different schemes though, in my case FM free radios, mobile phones, pens and paper, and Izzy Dolls.

I still half a dozen of the "Chueu Hoi" bags in my safe with my AR stuff. I had a full case of them I got from the trash in the arms room in 1980. I used them a bags for small parts when selling at gunshows in the 80s and 90s. Finally down to my last few.
