WEST of the west coast.
WASATCH CHARLIE on Central Vancouver island.
Well retired and enjoying every minute.
buy and sell old military long guns as ''deals'' present themselves.
Favorite firearms are the ones I have in my hands... especially the 6.5MM .
If I had to actually choose just one, it would be my early non prefixed ser. numbered PORTUGUESE VER. MAUSER IN 6.5 X58MM.
Rifle in very good+ condition.
I reform .270 /.280 /and .30-06 brass with C-H40 Dies.
it is a joy to carry and shoot.
it gets to ''speak'' several times a month.
cheers W.C.

Finally introducing myself
I collect milsurp pistols, revolvers and rifles. Been collecting since the early 1980s but reduced my collection severely in the early 1990s and slowly rebuilt it in the past few years. Mostly interested in bolt action rifles. I am an 03FFL and Army veteran.

Newly interested in WWII Luger pistols. I have a CODE 42 Mauser Luger dated 1939 with a matching # and a nonmatching number # magazine, along with a heavily combat used original "clamshell" holster with loading/disassembly tool. It was absolutely filthy when I obtained it, so I gave it a detailed cleaning, following the demonstrations illustrated on several online videos. With one exception, it went back together just fine. The ejector will not lock into place. Can anyone advise me how to correct this problem? Thank you very much for any assistance provided. Dale
